Yes, we are one of the few content providers who offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our orders. You can order in confidence that you will get exactly what you want. We also offer you 1 round of revisions on all of our content services, as well as multiple rounds of revisions on our premium content services.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround times will vary substantially depending on the type of project that you need and the volume of content that you are ordering. For orders of 15-25 articles (an average of 500 words each), you can expect them to be finished with 5-6 business days or sooner.

Turnaround times will also vary based on the orders that are already being worked on, the complexity of the project, and the word size of each article.

Orders of 1-15 articles are finished within 3-5 business days or sooner. If you need content faster than this, you may be able to purchase a priority order to move your order up to the top of the queue.

Are all of your writers American?

All of our writers are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and they are all native English speakers. We screen our writers to ensure that they have a strong writing background and are sufficiently skilled and experienced with several industries.

How long have you been in business?

The first beta of Writer Army was launched in August of 2013, and our content managers have over 7 years of experience in professional copywriting.

How do I place an order for content?

Ordering is simple; just go to our Order Content page and click on whichever service you are interested in purchasing. Then fill out the order form, make your payment, and we will email you an order form with a few basic questions regarding your order. The order form must be filled out for your content project to get started. Then you simply await your order via email and request revisions if necessary.

Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over the Order Content button on the menu, and a list of services will pop up. You may also Call Us and place your order over the phone. If it is outside of our normal business hours, feel free to Send Us an Email and we will call you back within 24 hours.

Is your content 100% original?

Yes, we guarantee that all of our content is 100% original, and every piece of content is checked in Copyscape, the leading online duplication checking service, prior to being sent to you. There is no additional charge for this service.

Do you offer social media content services?

We do offer social media content services for Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter. This can include simply creating the content and sending it to you, or creating it and posting it to your social media accounts.

Do you offer content management services?

We do offer content management services, and we can manage multiple aspects of your content marketing strategy including posting your content or uploading it to your CMS, posting your social media content, performing all aspects of on-page search engine optimization and more for an additional fee per service. Do you offer _____ writing service?

If a writing service that you want isn’t listed on our Order Content page, we still may be able to take your project on. Just Contact Us and tell us what you’re looking for, and we will let you know if we have someone with the experience necessary.

Are there any discounts?

There are discounts available, but only for bulk orders of 20 articles per month or more. If you have bulk content needs, you will very likely be eligible for a discount. We also offer seasonal discounts and discounts at events and conferences.

Do I own the rights to the content you create for me?

Yes, you own the copyright to the content that we provide to you. Once the project is completed your writer will no longer have claim over the work, and you have up to 7 days to request a refund. If you request a refund you yield your rights to the work and can no longer use it in any way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit or debit cards. Regular, established clients may set up direct deposit with us.
